OPERATION 

No Filters To Clean or Replace!

The air passing through the protective screen that removes static electricity enters a special photocatalysis unit, where bacteria are eradicated and chemical compounds react resulting is neutral substances (oxygen, carbon dioxide and water).

Next, it is saturated with ions, hydroperoxides and other safe oxidizing agents and purifies the air in the space where the purifier is located. Unpleasant odors are eliminated in the intensive cleaning and/or disinfection mode. No miracles. Just the laws of chemistry and physics. Processes work in your air spaces, so that you don't have any filters to clean or replace.

 

MODES OF OPERATION

 

• Normal mode:  Background air purification, removing dust, allergens, bacteria. Operating in the presence of people.

 

• Intensive cleaning "Purifier" mode":  Removal of odors, chemicals, bacteria, viruses with the help of an adjustable ozone output. Creates a fresh feel in the house, similar to the air after a rainstorm. Operating in the presence of people and pets assuming suggested settings are followed.

 

• Disinfection "Away" mode:  Purifying and disinfecting the air, HVAC venting system, furnishings (furniture, curtains, bed linen) and surfaces from unpleasant odors and pathogens (bacteria, mold), in the absence of people and pets, on a timer. Safely return after timer has turned off the disinfection "Away" mode.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. You must contact us first to get a return authorization. We will determine your eligibility for a return or repair.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, owner's manual  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please Note: If your order included "Free Shipping", you give us permission to recover our shipping costs to your delivery destination by deducting them from your refund. This only applies when your purchase did not include additional shipping charges. If you paid shipping costs, your refund will only include the total price of the merchandise. We do not refund shipping charges.

Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Currently we ship our products using flat rate shipping. You can expect delivery of your order normally within 5 to 10 business days.
