Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
***We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. See 'Refunds' and 'Exceptions' sections below for further details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, owner's manual ( if included w/product ), any accessories and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You, the buyer or user, is responsible for all shipping costs. FreshAirIndoors.com accepts no responsibility for items in transit initiated by the purchaser.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), clearance items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. If a clearance item is received damaged, it must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please Note:
If your order included "Free Shipping", you give us permission to recover our shipping costs to your delivery destination by deducting them from your refund. This only applies if your purchase did not include shipping charges. If you paid shipping costs, your refund will include the total price of the merchandise only. We do not refund shipping costs.
If your purchase included a promotional "free gift", your return must include that item as well and under the same conditions as stated above. In this situation, we will also deduct the retail price of the "gift" item from your refund if this item is not returned.
We are unable to offer refunds on gift cards or clearance items.
If a clearance item is received damaged,
it must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
